For Authors

Young researchers and engineers, PhD students and students dealing with problems of experimental solid and fluid mechanics are kindly invited to submit abstracts concerning their recent work.

Abstract

Abstracts have to be written in English, not more than one formated page, submmited during the dialog in participant account after login until April 28^th 2024. Following the notification of acceptance the abstracts will be published in the Symposium book of abstracts (with ISBN). Provided LaTeX template for abstract should be used.

Full paper

Extended papers have to be written in English submitted until June 30^st, 2024. Required length of the manuscript is 4-5 pages including all tables, figures and references. The papers will be published in Scopus listed APP journal after per-reviewer process (indexing to WoS will also be requested). For guidelines and LaTeX template visit the website of the journal. LaTeX template can also be downloaded here. For publication of the paper in APP journal, it is necessary to fill out the Manuscript Content Verification form and send it together with the manuscript.

Poster

Format A0 (portrait orientation) is prefered for the poster. The graphic design, fonts and layout are not unified.

Presentation

Podium time is limited to 15 minutes for short research introduction followed by discussion at poster section. The organisers provide a PC equipped with the necessary software (pdf or ppt/pptx file are prefered) for the presentation. Using this PC instead of your own PC is preferred. If you need a special software for the presentation, please contact the organising committee.
